At Eastern Party Hire, we take pride in providing clean, reliable, and fully tested equipment for every booking.
When a Refund Is Provided
A refund will be issued only in the event of a machine malfunction caused by equipment failure, as assessed and confirmed by our team.
Examples of eligible faults include (but are not limited to):

A slushie machine failing to freeze properly due to a mechanical or electrical fault

Equipment not operating as intended despite correct setup and use
In these cases, refunds may be provided as:

A full refund, or
-
A partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue and level of use
All faults must be reported as soon as they are identified so we can assess and assist promptly.
When a Refund Is Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:

Incorrect operation or failure to follow setup instructions

Power interruptions, unsuitable power supply, or tripped circuits

Incorrect drink mix ratios, overfilling, or tampering with machine settings

Environmental factors beyond our control (e.g. extreme heat affecting freeze time)

Change of mind, cancellation, or reduced usage
Our machines are tested prior to delivery, and clear operating instructions are provided with every hire.
Assessment of Faults
All refund requests are subject to assessment by Eastern Party Hire.
Our team will determine whether the issue was due to:

Equipment malfunction (our responsibility), or
-
User error or external factors (not eligible for refund)
This assessment is final.
